FOTD: Wearing MAC Morange Lipstick

FOTD: Wearing MAC Morange Lipstick..♥





As quite a few of you asked to see how MAC Morange lipstick looked, I thought I'd wear it today so that I could show you. There's been times where I've wanted to wear this lipstick out but been put off because I was scared as it is so bright. I think Morange and MAC Impassioned are the brightest lipsticks that I own from MAC and I haven't worn either of them out of the house. I always put them on then wipe it off just before I walk out the door.

Remember I said that Morange looked nice with MAC Red lip liner? Well I don't own that liner so I couldn't do the same combination. The red liner that I do own is from NYX and it didn't look as good so I just wore it with MAC Cork lip liner for you all to see. Cork did help tone down the colour a bit but I still don't think I'm brave enough for it yet. Maybe I should have opted for MAC So Chaud...

I took these pictures a couple of days ago but I didn't get around to posting them up! I feel like I don't really show my face on my blog and I haven't done so in a while. Some of you may not even know what I look like lol. But anyway, those who know me will know that I very rarely wear mascara on my bottom lashes because I don't think it really suits me. I guess the day I took this picture, I was in the mood for change. Don't you think it makes me look different?

Oh yeah! I'm also wearing the MAC Devil blush that I got from MAC Pro at IMATS for those of you who want to know how it looks. I will say, make sure you have a very light hand with this blush. If you're not careful you will look clownish!

So I recently just posted about getting MAC Hang-Up lipstick yesterday which is a deep berry colour. I couldn't wait to try it out so I thought I'd wear it today and show you all what it looks like. As I said before, I'm really into this seasons makeup trend so I'm playing around with deep reds, and purples. Usually I tend to wear pink on my lips and I guess I'm coming out of my comfort zone a little but I'm loving it!
